End of the Line Layouts~

This is a post simply dedicated to sharing some layouts.
When I have product left over, I will often create a layout kit or two to use up the rest of the goodies. So here are my most recent kits created, all of which have been sold and gone. But may inspire none the less!

Above, used a fun and bright Amy Tangerine collection and May Arts Ribbon.

Another fall themed layout featuring Simple Stories.

Bright and fun layout featuring the Imaginisce, Happy Traveler collection.

Sweet and pretty papers from Echo Park.

A pretty winter layout featuring the Altitude collection from Bo Bunny.

Fun and funky Basic Grey.

Craft Hack #374~

Tell me if you can relate?

I am in a Love/Hate relationship with my Glue Gun.
I use it in so much in my crafty life.

BUT....
I can't stand it when, you are in the middle of an ongoing project. Picking it up and setting it down over and over again. It gets tangled or just topples over. Sometimes onto another part of your project.
Not acceptable!
Often with the small glue guns especially if the cord gets twisted it will fall over if not placed perfectly.

Well, I am here today to help you out!

I have been doing this for a while with all of my smaller glue guns. Here's what you need....your glue gun, and a large button. Yup, it's just that simple.

I big glob of hot glue on that big old button and stick it to that ALWAYS too narrow base. Voila, a much more stable glue gun, that will be much harder to tip over in the heat of crafting!

You're welcome!

My Creative Scrapbook: December Reveal #3~

It's time to showcase my last 3 layouts I created using December's Creative kit.
This kit is a mix of really great classic Christmas patterned paper and embellishments.

Creative Kit:
PhotoPlay- Dear Santa Patterned Paper and Cardstock Stickers
Echo Park- The Story of Christmas Patterned Paper and Ephemera
Prima- A Victorian Christmas Poinsettias
My Mind's Eye- Cozy Christmas Flair and Glitter Letters
Ribbon

These Prima Poinsettias are stunning!

I saw this "Dear Santa" patterned paper and instantly knew I wanted to scrapbook this photo of our crazy pooch with Santa. I thought it would be cute and funny.

Santa had JUST given her a treat and she was chewing it as the photo was taken....making it look like she was smiling!

I mixed in a few great stickers that suited the layout.

This kit came with a fabulous selection of letter stickers, I thought I would mix them with my handwriting for a really fun look.

My third and final layout, I wanted to just be fun. Creating gifts using the different patterned paper.

The pretty ribbon, looks great on all of the little presents.

December's kits are all beautiful and Christmas themed. There is just something about Christmas patterned paper, I cannot resist!

These 2 layouts are both created with the December Main kit.

Carta Bella- Christmas Time Flair and Decorative Brads
Petaloo Velvet Poinsettias
 Ribbon

I used 3 sizes of circle punches to create this layered look.
Then I mixed in the different die cuts and embellishments.

This second layout features all of the snowy patterned papers and embellishments for a more wintery layout.
